Captain Jim many years ago as a small lad was known as Jimmy and he would perform for his family. Magic, music, puppets
and even some preaching like his Grandfather who was a Preacher. Little did he know that one day his life would change
dramatically and all of these talents would be utilized. "God has a plan for us."
Captain Jim performs professional magical illusions to music. He explains to the audience that he performs illusions, tricks to
entertain you. Like a gospel singer who entertains you through music but speaks words of wisdom in song. That God
creates real Miracles in our lives. That magic & miracles are not at alike.
Real exotic birds and doves appear, tables float and much more along with fun audience participation. Shelby, his lovely
lady, “Sea Shel”, sings uplifting songs as he performs.
More than the magic is the "message in a bottle" that he delivers. Captain Jim’s vessel went down at sea causing him to
lose his leg below his knee. He had faith that God would take care of him. Prayer got him through the troubled waters. God
saved Jim not only spirtualy but phyically. His vessel, a motorcycle, was hit by a drunk driver. While recuperating a creative
door opened in his mind. Jim realized that the loss of his leg would cause him to stumble....into a new career. “God has a
plan for us all! Faith and prayer will lead you through the troubled waters in life.” Jim now shares his treasured talents and
testimony through a pirate character with an authentic wooden peg leg. Captain Jim has a program for all ages, Colorful for
Kids, Edgy & off the hook for Teens, Great mix for Families & Soothing for Seniors. Read his Bio page for more info on Jim
